Who can become a staff member?
|
You may be a full-time YWAM staff member if you have either...
a) Completed a Discipleship Training School (including field assignment) or Crossroads Discipleship Training School (including field assignment) and any secondary YWAM training school, or..
b) Completed a Discipleship Training School (including field assignment) or Crossroads Discipleship Training School (including field assignment) and served as a full-time YWAM staff member at a different location for a minimum of one year |

| What if I've only done a DTS? |
| If you've only completed
your DTS, you can still come on staff, but you will
be considered Volunteer Staff, and your monthly housing
fees will be raised to $200 a month. |

| What if I haven't done any YWAM schools at all? |
| We have lots of opportunities for short-term volunteers! See the volunteers page for more info. |

| What does it cost? |
Housing fees are $185
a month per adult. This covers your rent, utilities,
3 meals a day on weekdays and 2 meals on Saturday
and Sunday. For more info about family costs, rv fees,
and off-base housing, contact our office. Volunteer
housing fees are $200 a month. |

| What will you require of me? |
| All staff will be asked to sign a Memorandum of Agreement, agreeing to comply with regulations and rules as outlined in the Staff Manual. You may get a copy by emailing our personnel director. |
